Homemade croissant croutons are the perfect way to use up leftover stale croissants. Use these to top salads and soups or even to just snack on alone or with a dip.
½teaspoonkosher salt(omit if using salted butter, use ¼ teaspoon if substituting table salt)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉.
Cut croissants into 1 to 2 inch squares and place the croissant pieces into a large mixing bowl.

Add melted butter and stir to coat.

Add garlic powder and salt. Stir to coat.

Transfer croissant pieces to a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment. Croissant pieces should be in a single layer.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove croutons from the oven and stir. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until croutons are golden and crunchy. Recommend cooling before serving.
