I first made this lemon meringue pie martini to bring along with a braised short rib pot pie to a pie party. The drink was a hit, and everyone said it tasted just like lemon meringue pie! I've tried making a key lime pie version of this, but it's still not quite right and not ready for posting yet.
A lot of lemon meringue pie martini recipes are creamy, but I'm not a huge fan of cocktails that are both fruity and creamy... so I set out to make something that tasted like the dessert without being having any kind of cream/dairy in it. Turns out the whipped cream flavored vodka someone gifted me a while back had a good use!

Lemon Meringue Pie Martini Ingredients & Recipe Notes
See the recipe card below for all ingredient proportions and instructions.
This is what you will need to make this cocktail:
- Whipped cream vodka
- Triple sec
- Lemon
- Water
- Ice
I recommend juicing a lemon for this recipe and not bottled lemon juice. If you do not have a lemon or do not want to juice a lemon, it would be best to use lemonade instead of the lemon juice and water.
All ingredients are shaken together in a cocktail shaker and strained. If you don't have a cocktail shaker, it's totally fine to just stir everything together and strain if you're able to. It can also be served over ice if desired.
The rim of the glass can also be garnished with crushed graham crackers if desired.
Big Batch Proportions
- 1 cup whipped cream vodka
- ½ cup triple sec
- Juice from 5 lemons
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups ice
If making ahead, combine all ingredients except ice and keep in the refrigerator before serving. Shake or stir when it's time to serve.
